Send in a photo of you or a family member to have a makeover. Please fill out the form completely and make sure the person your are entering is aware you are sending the nomination in.
Random winners will be drawn and contacted to have their makeover at Tri State Business Institute Academy of Cosmetology and Barbering. Makeover will be taped and shown during a Good Morning Erie Makeover Monday segment to be determined.
